NOTE: A
dedicated system is recommended for the Panorama SMP
on Windows. Panorama SMP and Database can reside on the
same system or on two separate systems. When both reside
on the same system, combine RAM, combine Free Disk Space,
and double Processor specifications.
1 Panorama will not operate on systems
with the Intel Itanium processor.
2 Panorama performance will
improve with more available memory as the
total number of metrics collected increases.
3 Required database
storage will increase with the
total number of enabled metrics
and the amount of historical
data maintained. Panorama's Advanced
Configuration Tool will provide
a space estimate when setting
the database purge schedule.
