BETHESDA, MD – April 11, 2006 – OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT), a leading provider of management software for networks and applications, today announced that it has signed a confidential settlement agreement with the Compuware Corporation that amicably resolves all disputed matters in lawsuits filed between the companies in Michigan and in Maryland.
