OPNET Announces Record Attendance and Industry Participation from Japanese Enterprise IT Community at OPNETWORK2003 Tokyo
BETHESDA, MD - November 6, 2003 --OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT) a leading provider of management software for networks and applications, today announced that its partner in Japan, E3 Networks (owned by Mitsui & Co.), had record attendance and industry participation from the enterprise IT community at OPNETWORK2003 Tokyo - an extension of OPNETWORK 2003 held in Washington DC from August 25 to 29, 2003.
Over 200 representatives from the IT departments of large Japanese corporations and system integrators registered for the event. A record number of attendees participated in 8 sessions taught by industry experts and organized in 3 parallel tracks covering a wide range of topics including application performance troubleshooting, network auditing, and predictive planning for networks, systems, and application deployments. OPNETWORK2003 Tokyo was held on October 24th in Tokyo, Japan at the Leport-Kojimachi Hotel.
