GSA Contract Simplifies Acquisition of
OPNET Software for U.S. Government Organizations

BETHESDA, MD., September 19, 2001 -- OPNET Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT), the leading provider of intelligent network management software, today announced that its software is available under the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) schedules program.
