Announces Resignation of Joseph F. Greeves
BETHESDA, MD - August 29, 2001
- OPNET Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:OPNT) announced today the resignation
of its Chief Financial Officer, Joseph F. Greeves, who is leaving for personal
reasons. ``We are grateful to Joe for his help in building OPNET and its
financial organization,'' stated Marc A. Cohen, OPNET's Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. ``Joe has made many valuable contributions in the last
three years, including helping to build a first-rate accounting and financial
team. We wish Joe much continued success personally and professionally
in the future.'' The company has initiated recruitment efforts for a new
Chief Financial Officer. Until the position is filled, Suzanne Housman,
OPNET's Controller for Consulting Services, has been appointed as acting
Chief Financial Officer.
