OPNET Names Joseph Kuhn Chief Financial Officer
BETHESDA, MD, -- December 27, 2001– OPNET Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OPNT), the leading provider of intelligent network management software, today announced that Joseph Kuhn has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. In his new post, Mr. Kuhn will report to OPNET's Chairman & CEO, Marc Cohen.
Mr. Kuhn brings to OPNET 20 years of financial management expertise at both public and private companies. Most recently, Mr. Kuhn served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wisor Telecom, a provider of communications software systems. Previously Mr. Kuhn held a range of senior positions at companies including Ciraden Inc., Alaris Medical (formerly Advanced Medical, Inc.), Controlled Therapeutics Corporation, and Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Kuhn holds a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
