results for the second fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2000. Revenue
for the quarter was a record $7.8 million, an increase of 76% over
the same quarter last year and 21% over the immediately preceding
first quarter of fiscal 2001. Net income for the quarter increased
sharply to $741,000, or $0.04 per share on a diluted basis, as compared
to a net income of $61,000, or $0.00 per share on a diluted basis,
in the same quarter of fiscal year 2000.
