The Daimei Telecom Engineering Corporation
is an integrated business solutions provider focusing on Internet,
Broadband, and Mobile communications in Japan. To adequately
meet customer demand and stay ahead of the competition, Daimei
decided to incorporate OPNET solutions into their regular applications
performance management process.
In one representative application review, access to a customer
service database was reported as "slow" by about 30
seconds, over a one year period. OPNET's IT Guru suite immediately
exposed a previously undetected bug in the database’s code.

with a clear picture, based on detailed analysis of the application.
