Immediate Results In fact, although Duane Morris spent a total of two months evaluating the ACE Live appliance, the appliance proved its worth quite rapidly, according to Mr. Brabham. "Within the first few days after it was installed, the [ACE Live] appliance helped us solve an Exchange problem that none of our other tools could track down, which we'd been struggling with for several months. Later it also identified a persistent problem with our CRM system that had defied solution for some time."
