Senior Product Marketing Managers
As a Senior Marketing Product Manager you will have a key role in shaping and product strategy for sophisticated management solutions, and for defining and communicating their differentiating capabilities and value proposition to the marketplace. Target audiences are internal and external.
You will work with Sales to facilitate and support the sales process; with product R&D to define and prioritize product road map; with Consulting Services as they develop related service offerings; and with Applications Engineering to ensure that product capabilities are effectively communicated in demonstrations. You will be responsible for developing marketing collateral, competitive positioning, market research related to your products, developing and directing related marketing programs, interfacing with industry analysts, and supporting PR and advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Researching market requirements
- Leading interdisciplinary product strategy team(s)
- Preparing business case for new features and marketing strategies
- Monitoring development projects/ roadmap
- Developing sales/marketing collateral: brochures, white papers, presentations, web content, etc.
- Providing sales support: sales calls, product features/positioning, sales aids such as sample proposals and ROI analysis models, etc.
- Developing strategic partnerships
- Performing competitive analysis
- Developing advertising / outbound messaging
Qualifications
Here's what you should bring to the table:
- BA/BS degree with 5+ years relevant experience marketing advanced technical software products, preferably related to IT infrastructure/application management
- Experience with Enterprise IT solutions is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of network technologies, devices, and management tools
- Must be motivated to have an impact on our products, our company, and the state of the art. .
