Manager, Maintenance and Technical Support Renewals
We are seeking a motivated individual to be responsible for managing the North America Maintenance and Technical Support Renewal Department through the entire sales process, from initial client calls to post-sales customer follow-up.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Contacting customers that have renewal contracts coming due
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Sending quotations and tracking the sales process
- Developing performance analytics and improving processes and efficiencies
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales and Operations departments to maximize customer retention and revenue
- Managing existing staff

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant Sales and/or Business experience
- Prior staff management experience is preferred
- Must be proficient with spreadsheets and data analyses
- Must have excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be very detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a hard working, fast paced environment
- Must be motivated to have an impact on our products, our company, and the state of the art
