Inside Sales Representatives

Position
Your responsibilities will be to generate revenue from lead sources and develop new clients in the Germany but also Austria, Switzerland, German Cantons, Hungary, Czech Republic  Netherlands   East Europe ( Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Slovenia,  Croatia, Bosnia, Albania ), Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania,  Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbeijan when required.. The selected candidates will assist the Account Managers in achieving their revenue sales targets by acting as the first point-of-contact for prospects.  Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Qualifying and producing quality leads from target market
  • Making cold calls of at least  50+ calls a day
  • Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business objectives
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions
  • Developing and building tangible pipelines through high quality technical and professional client relationships
  • Engaging in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast activities
  • Performing administrative work associated with sales process, and miscellaneous office duties as required
  • Performing data entry into call-back system for lead sources, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
We are seeking goal-oriented individuals with the desire for a long-term career in sales.  The successful candidates will possess an aggressive, professional, and take-charge style with the motivation for success.  Here’s what you should bring to the table:

  • BA/BS degree preferred with 2+ years relevant internal sales experience (software or IT related a plus)
  • Proven confidence and self-motivation to be successful
  • A proven track record of achievement in internal sales
  • Exceptional sales skills (verbal and written communication skills, and proven negotiation techniques)
  • Knowledge of network management/OSS market desired
  • Good English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate with technical audiences and articulate the business/value proposition
  • Must be motivated to have an impact on our products, our company, and the state of the art.
